Jacinto Magana, a 27-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 25, 2017, in the Florence-Firestone neighborhood of South Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Magana was walking through a residential area near the corner of Parmelee Avenue and Nadeau Street when he was confronted by three men.
