Mario Anthony Figueroa, a 48-year-old resident of Redlands, California, was tragically shot to death on the morning of March 15, 2017, in Highland, California. The incident occurred near 6th Street and Central Avenue, where Figueroa was found unresponsive in the roadway, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
