On April 16, 2017, 21-year-old Donald Valdez from Rancho Cordova, California, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred shortly after noon, when the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department received a call reporting a victim with a gunshot wound to the lower body.
