Death by Force

Hecktor Vincent Lozano, a 24-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on April 30, 2017. Lozano was shot in the 1200 block of Locust Street, near Highway 87 and Alma Avenue. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries a week later, on May 7, 2017. This incident marked the 11th homicide in San Jose for that year.
