Victor H. Vega, aged 28, was shot and killed on May 28, 2016, in San Diego, California. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Brookhaven Road. Victor had attended a party earlier that evening and was walking along the street when a dark-colored sedan approached him. Shots were fired from the vehicle, hitting Victor.
