Tu Duc Nguyen, a 38-year-old resident of Roseville, California, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2017. His body was discovered near Sunset Boulevard West in unincorporated Placer County by a farmer. The Placer County Sheriff's Office reported that Nguyen had been shot multiple times, leading to his untimely death.
