William Sodders, a 60-year-old resident of Stockton, California, was tragically killed on May 27, 2017. The incident occurred just before midnight at his residence near the Port of Stockton. Officers responding to the scene found Sodders with a gunshot wound to the chest at the doorway of his home. Despite being transported to San Joaquin County General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
