Duane Travon O'Steen, a 30-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2017, in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. while O'Steen was standing in front of a home with a group of people celebrating a birthday.
