Kadeem Broshun Palacio, a 25-year-old man from Inglewood, California, was tragically killed on June 11, 2017. The incident occurred near West 116th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard. A man leaned out of the vehicle and asked, “Where you from?” Despite their attempts to explain that they were not gang members and did not want any trouble, the man shot Palacio, who was closest to the vehicle. The cousin rushed to inform Palacio’s mother, but by the time she arrived at the hospital, he had already passed away.
The investigation into Palacio's death has been ongoing. Inglewood detectives have been seeking information from the public to identify the shooter.
