Florencio Ramirez, a 44-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on August 19, 2017, in the Florence-Firestone area of South Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. while Ramirez and a female friend were riding their bicycles a few blocks from his home.
