Daniel Jacob Dean, a 27-year-old resident of Riverside, California, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the parking lot of a Chase Bank located on Magnolia Avenue. At approximately 4:28 a.m., the Riverside Police and Fire Dispatch Center received reports of a shooting.
