Fabian Acevedo, a 26-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2017, in East Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of South Atlantic Boulevard, where Acevedo was found lying in an alley parking lot behind businesses and residences.
