Jesse Becerra, a 26-year-old resident of Marysville, California, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2017. On that fateful night, Becerra was found on Yuba Street in Marysville, having been shot twice, including once in the face. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital. The initial investigation revealed that three men were seen fleeing the scene, which led to a comprehensive investigation by the Marysville Police Department.
