Javier Agusto Muñoz, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on December 5, 2017, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Muñoz was walking in an alley in the 3500 block of East 6th Street shortly before 1 p.m. when he was shot.
