Sebastian Perez, a 31-year-old homeless man, was found dead on December 15, 2017, in Sun Valley, Los Angeles. Perez was discovered in the 11900 block of Allegheny Street, where he had been living under a tarp at the back edge of a large residential property. This property was being rented to a roofing company for truck storage. On the morning of December 15, a worker spotted Perez's body while getting into his truck.
