Tearence James Garnett, a 36-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2018. The incident occurred in the early evening around 5:22 p.m. on the 3400 block of Adeline Street. Garnett was involved in an argument with Edward Lee Barlow, a 53-year-old man also from Oakland.
