Oscar De Santiago Soto, a 38-year-old Hispanic man from Pelham, Alabama, was reported missing on June 18, 2025, after he was last seen around 3:30 p.m. at Orr Park in Montevallo. His black 1998 Ford Ranger pickup truck was spotted approximately 45 minutes later traveling southbound on Shelby County Road 73 near County Road 8.
