Joseth Ochoa Jr., a 23-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2018, in Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Joseth was shot in Elysian Park, a popular recreational area in the city. The incident occurred in the evening, just before 7 p.m., near Park Row Drive and Casanova Street. Following the shooting, Joseth was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
