Gabriel Jimenez Avalos, a 32-year-old resident of Salinas, California, was tragically killed on March 4, 2018. Avalos had been living in Salinas for about a year before his untimely death. On the day of the incident, he was conversing with another man near the intersection of Eisenhower Street and Arthur Street.
