Quintin Pierre Holmes, a 20-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2018. The incident occurred near West Adams Boulevard and South Palm Grove Avenue in the West Adams neighborhood. According to reports, Holmes and two other individuals were walking north on South Palm Grove Avenue around 10 p.m. when a dark sedan passed by them.
