Richard Oscar O'Dell, a 37-year-old resident of Wilmington, California, was tragically shot and killed on April 7, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., in the 1500 block of McDonald Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, O'Dell was standing alone when he was shot. It remains unclear whether the shooter approached him on foot or fired from a vehicle.
