Sergio Minero Escobedo, aged 39, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2018, in Sacramento, California. The incident occurred in the evening when Sacramento police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at an apartment complex on Mack Road. Upon arrival, they found Escobedo unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity and notified his next of kin.
