Joshua Efrem Scherban, a 22-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:30 a.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1600 block of Cormorant Way in North Sacramento.
