Sergio Tabares, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2018. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Tabares was fatally shot in Sylmar, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. His body was discovered at a park located at Borden Avenue and Polk Street around 9:30 PM.
