Samuel Navarrete, a 17-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 13, 2017, in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. while Navarrete was sitting in the driver's seat of a black Toyota Corolla with another individual.
