Richard Ronald Ortega, a 22-year-old resident of Highland, California, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2018, in San Bernardino. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when San Bernardino police received a 911 call reporting a shooting in the 1300 block of West Evans Street.
