Wilbert Malik-Ali Rigmaden-Jones, a 21-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on September 11, 2018. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. in the 300 block of East Oak Street. Rigmaden-Jones was one of three individuals shot during this event.
