Ramon Andrade, a 41-year-old Latino male, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2018, near West 21st Street and South Manhattan Place in the Harvard Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. when police responded to a call reporting a shooting in the area.
