Joshua Ray Camarena, a 35-year-old resident of Highland, California, was found fatally shot on November 10, 2018. His body was discovered on Central Avenue in Highland, but investigators believe he was initially wounded in the area of 3449 E. Rainbow Lane in San Bernardino. The San Bernardino Police Department received a call reporting shots fired at the Rainbow Lane location, where they found evidence of a shooting but no victim.
