Osvaldo Hernandez, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on December 6, 2018, in the 7300 block of Vista Del Monte Avenue in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s records, the incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. when Los Angeles police officers responded to a call of a shooting.
