Rafael Moreno-Castro, a 27-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2018, in Huntington Park, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Moreno-Castro was shot multiple times in the upper body. Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to a call at approximately 5:25 p.m. and found Moreno-Castro lying in the street on the 6500 block of Wilson Avenue.
