Amber Clark, a 41-year-old librarian from Sacramento, California, was tragically murdered on December 11, 2018. Amber was the branch supervisor at the North Natomas Library. On that fateful day, as she was leaving work, she was ambushed and shot 11 times by Ronald Seay, a man she had previously banned from the library due to his violent behavior.
