Roberto Gutierrez Nucico, a 29-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2018. The incident occurred in front of a home on Magnolia Avenue, where Gutierrez was confronted by Manuel Dominguez, a 25-year-old from Santa Maria. Dominguez, who had previously lived in the neighborhood, knocked on a former neighbor's window, leading to a verbal altercation with Gutierrez.
