Saul Velasquez, a 30-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on December 14, 2018, in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Velasquez was found shortly before 11:30 p.m. inside his 2016 Dodge Challenger on the 9300 block of South Grand Avenue.
