Brad Maurice Brown, a 41-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., in the 7100 block of Kansas Avenue in the Vermont-Slauson neighborhood.
