Andrew Edward Gallegos, a 30-year-old resident of Avocado Heights, California, was tragically killed on January 24, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:20 a.m., in the 13200 block of Valley Boulevard, near the Bliss Showgirls strip club.
