Jaasiel Ruiz, a 35-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2019, in East Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Ruiz was shot and succumbed to his injuries shortly after the incident.
