Thalia Flores, a 25-year-old woman from Montclair, California, was tragically shot to death on March 21, 2019, in Chino, California. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Big Lots store on Central Avenue. Thalia was sitting in the driver's seat of her car when her ex-boyfriend, Julio Cesar Rocha, approached and opened fire.
