Toryon Hardy, a 29-year-old resident of Hayward and Oakland, was tragically killed on April 7, 2019. The incident occurred at approximately 1:34 a.m. at the intersection of 18th Avenue and International Boulevard in Oakland. Hardy, along with Akinsha Davis, 24, of Fairfield, was fatally shot while they were inside a vehicle that had stopped at the intersection.
