Jorge Alberto Gracida Valencia, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on April 8, 2019, in the Koreatown neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on the 900 block of South Saint Andrews Place. According to reports, Gracida Valencia was with two friends when a man approached them and initiated a confrontation.
