Eduardo Soto, a 27-year-old transient, was tragically shot and killed in Victorville, California, on April 20, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:10 a.m., in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 16200 block of Bear Valley Road. Patrons of a nearby business heard gunshots and discovered Soto with gunshot wounds.
