Darren Partch, a 38-year-old former minor league hockey player, was tragically found dead on April 21, 2019, in his Newport Beach, California condo. The discovery was made by his roommate, Dean Matheson, who returned home after a weekend trip to find Partch and an unknown woman, later identified as Wendi Miller, lying in a pool of blood in Partch's bedroom.
