Ricardo Segura, a 22-year-old resident of Downey, California, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2019, in Paramount, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Segura died from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:35 p.m., on the 7100 block of Hogee Drive.
