Freddy Jesus Rosas, a 28-year-old resident of Whittier, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 24, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., in the 14100 block of Mulberry Drive, an unincorporated area of Whittier.
