Ernest Carter, aged 35, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2019, in Fresno, California. The incident occurred late at night, just after the Fourth of July celebrations had concluded. Around 10:55 p.m., a shooting took place at the intersection of Hamilton and Recreation avenues, close to Fresno Pacific University.
