On July 17, 2019, the quiet community of Borrego Springs, California, was shaken by the tragic deaths of Ann Sides, aged 71, and her son, Corey Sides, aged 43. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department responded to a welfare check request from a concerned neighbor who had not seen the pair since July 12. Upon entering their residence on Double O Road, deputies discovered the bodies of Ann and Corey Sides, both with gunshot wounds. The Medical Examiner's autopsy revealed that Ann Sides died from ...
