Carrlene Susan Harper, aged 61, tragically lost her life on August 31, 1993, in Borrego Springs, California. She was a longtime resident of Pacific Beach, California, and was originally from Yuma, Arizona. Carrlene and her husband, Walter Harper, were both found shot to death at the home of a longtime friend in Borrego Springs. The couple had been well-known in their community, with Walter having retired from his work as an electrician and running a family-owned sign company.
