Kaylen Tate, a 24-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2019. Tate was fatally shot while sitting in a car with another man in the 2600 block of 66th Avenue in East Oakland. The incident occurred at approximately 10:24 a.m., and both men were immediately transported to a local hospital.
