Traveon Ashanti Winkler, a 30-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 29, 2019. The incident occurred near the intersection of West 74th and South Flower streets in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Winkler was found on the west sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound.
