Raymond Delval, a 40-year-old resident of Oxnard, California, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2019. The incident occurred at a home on Berkshire Street in Oxnard, where Delval was found with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
